The COBS A B C Process

			BUILDING LOT - Whether you own a building lot, or you are buying a building lot with the COBS program, You and COBS will gather the technical information required to evaluate the building lot and determine the requirements to build your new home.
				BLUE PRINT - COBS offers selected home plans that are available in electronic formats which allow us to help you with plan modifications you may want. If you already have a home plan, COBS can work with your plans too.
					BUILDING MATERIALS - Through a material confirmation process, COBS will perform a complete building material take-off including: Concrete, Framing, Trusses, Roofing, Exterior Doors, Windows, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Interior Trim, Cabinets, and Appliances.
						BIDS - You will gather major Sub-Contractor bids for Site Work, Foundation, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Siding, Insulation, Drywall, Finish and Decor Items.
							BUDGET - With COBS' assistance and you will develop a complete construction budget for all of your construction costs.
								BUILDING AGREEMENT - If your new home project makes sense, we will reach an agreement to move to the next phase of COBS program.
